FAQ
Do you offer FREE Estimates on handpieces?
What types of handpieces do you repair?
What is the typical turnaround time on handpiece repairs?
Turnaround time depends on the model and the nature of the repair, but once your repairs are received at our facility, they are diagnosed, and estimates are provided as requested. Once the estimate is approved, repairs are typically completed and ready to return to you in 2-3 business days.
*Exceptions for special order or back ordered items/parts.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes! We stand behind our work. Most repairs come with a warranty on parts and labor, and the exact length depends on the type of repair performed. Common services typically include a 6-month to 1-year warranty, depending on the handpiece type and work performed.
How can I extend the life of my handpieces?
Consistent daily maintenance is key. Proper lubrication, regular chuck cleaning, and following recommended sterilization and drying procedures help prevent premature failure. Rotating your handpieces and addressing early signs of performance changes will also keep them running longer and more reliably. Contact us today so we can help.
Do you offer handpiece maintenance training?
Yes. We’re happy to help with handpiece maintenance training to minimize downtime as much as possible for your office. Depending on your location and schedule, we can arrange an in-office visit or provide training by phone. Just reach out, and we’ll set up the option that works best for your team.
Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
We offer both OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts. Most repairs are completed with premium aftermarket components because they deliver excellent performance and value, and both options generally include the same warranty protection. If you prefer OEM parts, just let us know and we can accommodate.
